Dossier 03 // the operation
829 is not a token you hold. it is a position you keep.
The operation is a closed economy. Every path through it either burns OP829 or feeds the Vault. There is no third path.
01 // clearance
Entry is by clearance, not by purchase. A clearance is bound to the operative who earns it and cannot be sold. Clearance windows open on a schedule the operation sets, price themselves against demand, and close without warning. What a window collects, the Vault keeps.
02 // cells
A clearance opens one cell. Cells earn. Operatives grow by opening more cells, and the cost of the next cell is paid in OP829 that never returns to circulation. The most rational move inside the operation, growing your position, permanently shrinks the float.
How much a cell earns is set by and published one epoch late.
03 // epochs
The operation runs on epochs keyed to a calendar nobody here controls. When the operation grows, it accumulates. When it contracts, it defends. It turns defensive faster than it turns generous, and it reads two epochs back before it decides anything.
04 // extraction
Leaving is allowed. Leaving is priced. The price rises with how many leave at once, and half of what leavers pay goes to the operatives who stayed. A run on the operation pays the ones who did not run.
05 // dormancy
Silent positions are reclaimed. Activity is free and any action resets the clock. Whoever reports a dormant cell is paid for the report.
06 // the vault
Everything above feeds one thing. The Vault accumulates. The Vault does not sell. What it holds is public. What it does next is
| clearance window 01 | |
| cell yield curve | |
| extraction floor / ceiling | |
| dormancy clock | |
classified // specifications sealed
Specifications are sealed until clearance window 01. Nothing here is an offer, a promise of yield, or a description of a finished system. The operation is code. The code is not done.
